1, After tilting, the Height of cake become 120(150)mm, the width is only 600mm, then the Cutting steel wire need shorter, 
which could improve the cutting accuracy and usage life of cutting wire.
2, The H-cutter is adopted the Rockford Ball Screw and ensure the synchronization of Cutter frame and the cutting accuracy. 
3, After tilting, It is easy to add the groove equipment along with the side faces of cake.
4, The Cutting equipment is convenience to make AAC reinforced panel.
5,The Cake tilting Platform could been adopted additionally, which could tilt the Cutted cake and erase the scrap on the 
side of bottom plank, then tilt the cake back to the initial status.
6,The whole operation process is controlled by IC, and automatic running , The long-distance management could
be carried out by Computer. the whole process of moving and cutting is intelligent speed adjustment.
