1.CT automatic hydraulic presser is a patented high-tech product developed by SCM on the basis of digestion of the devices imported from German and the similar production in China.
2.This Hydraulic presser is really double-surface Pressure, and Double hydraulic cylinders supply the pressure force from both sides of brick to ensure the high density and homogeneous.
3.This presser could make the brick exhaust air during the pressing, and so more flyash could be used in brick.
5.Applying the position Sensor in the oil cylinder, it can exactly control the quantity of the loading material of the brick. The rate of products meeting standards is high with the error being only ¡À1mm. 
6.The hydraulic station is the power supply for the whole hydraulic press. Our company applies the imported parts such as hydraulic pump, directional valves, etc. Furthermore, our company designs and applies the present most advanced international hydraulic control theory and valve transducers which realizes the pre-pressing , shaping pressing and pressure maintaining.
7.The whole working process is automatically controlled by a computer from preparing the raw material dosage, mixing to product output, realizing full automatic operating, equipping the device for inputting and outputting data,
8.The machine has double cement mortar preparing process to get multi-functions, and can produce different kinds of bricks by replacing the moulds, such as varies kind of hollow bricks, manifold holes bricks, sidewalk color bricks and plant grass bricks, etc.
