The system is researched by Center Automatic ltd on basis of many experiences of AAC industry. which have been 3 versions, the newest version keeps the stability of old version. and The system could carry out the monitoring of whole working line and control all machines' running in centre room. Mean whiles, it keep the function of controlling in site .

The system could adjust the quality of sand, scrap slurry, water into ball mill, and arriver at the purpose of stability of density after milling. the system has the functions as follows: flux adjusting, flux-Stat. and flux-monitoring. also it could trace the Flux . and it follows the MODBUS .

The system follows and studies the change of pressure and temperature, then calculates and  adjusts the on-off degree of valve, to keep the autoclave runs by the pre-set pressure change curve . and make the AAC productions good quality .it also has  many functions  :safety-lock , alarm functions etc.

The System is cooperated with AAC Crane .
